Complaints and returns

RETURNS

1. You can withdraw from a purchase agreement with the store without a reason by sending a written notice within fourteen days from the day of delivery. You should send the notice to:

2. Please ensure you return your unworn goods, as sold, with all original packaging, tags and labels. All returned items must be sent within a box or jiffy bag to protect the product packaging and must be in perfect, new condition.

3. You will receive the repayment either to your bank account via bank transfer or by PayPal within 14 days after our receipt of the returned goods.

COMPLAINTS

1. Should any irregularities in the purchased product(s) occur, please lodge a written complaint by sending a complaint form, including all the details to:

STREET LEGEND CLOTHING- Magdalena Waligórska, Os. Poziomkowe 4E/51, 62-002 Suchy Las, POLAND or via e-mail: shop@streetlegend.clothing.

Also, if required by the store, you should send the items complained to the above address. The faulty item will be either repaired, replaced, or if these two options are impossible - you will be given a complete refund. The refund will be made by a bank transfer or by PayPal.

2. The complaint will be examined within 14 days, and the result will be sent to you via e-mail provided in the complaint form.

3. If the complaint is just, the store will cover the item return shipping cost. If it is not the case, to receive the item back it is required to cover return shipping cost in advance.
